This site is operated by Solutions Construction LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Richmond, VA. Throughout these terms, “we” / “us” means the company and “you” means the visitor.

You may use this site to learn about our services and submit a project intake. Don't use it to scrape, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or impersonate someone else. The form is for genuine project inquiries.

The pricing ranges, timelines, and scope examples on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer to enter a contract. Every project is quoted line-item after an on-site walk; the contract you sign at quoting time controls.

Submitting the intake form does not reserve a project slot or guarantee we can take the work. We respond within one business day with whether we can take the job and what the next step is.

The site design, photographs, and copy are our property or used with permission. Don't republish or reuse them without written consent.

We try to keep the site accurate and online, but it's provided “as is.” If something on the site is wrong, the controlling document is the signed contract for your project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
