This site is operated by Solutions Construction, based in Richmond, VA. Throughout these terms, “we” / “us” means the operator and “you” means the visitor.

You may use this site to learn about our services and submit a project intake. Don't use it to scrape, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or impersonate someone else. The form is for genuine project inquiries.

The published rate, the example line items, and the timelines on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer to enter a contract. Work begins under a signed engagement letter, and that letter is the document that controls.

Submitting the intake form, or booking a time, does not create an engagement or guarantee we can take the work. We respond within one business day with whether we can help and what the next step is. Nothing bills until there is an engagement and you have seen the estimated hours.

Linked destinations are separate businesses, platforms, brokerages, developments, or third-party websites. Their own terms, privacy practices, licenses, pricing, inventory, contracts, and controlling documents apply. A link or introduction does not guarantee availability, performance, financing, appreciation, returns, or acceptance.

Any price shown here for a destination comes from that destination's controlling documents and is subject to change. Solutions Construction does not control inventory, availability, or pricing at any linked destination. If a figure on this site and the destination's own documents disagree, theirs is the one that counts.

The site design, photographs, and copy are our property or used with permission. Don't republish or reuse them without written consent.

We try to keep the site accurate and online, but it's provided “as is.” If something on the site is wrong, the controlling document is your signed engagement letter.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
